What are disasters and types of disasters?

Various phenomena like earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, tsunamis, and cyclones are all natural disasters that kill thousands of people and destroy billions of dollars of habitat and property each year.

How can we all help ?

When a disaster happens its not enough for just a few of us to help or only a couple of organisations but for every country around the world to get involved and not just by throwing money at a disaster zone but to be there after all the issues are over but also for the clean up and the stabilisation of some sort of normality so that the people of that zone can get back up on there feet once again and help themselves and to build from the sadness and conflict the disaster may have caused.

What is www.freetheinfo.com's Role in helping others help themselves ?

We are not believers in just throwing money at problems as for many years now it has been exposed that many that are corrupt and even those that are meant to be helping have taken the money for themselves and even used it for illicit and illegal gains.

​

We will rather be more analytical on how the money is distributed and where it should go, how much is needed for particular issues and not go into massive campaigns and to only promote who we are by over spending on glossy adverts and marketing to make us look good, but rather to use every penny to deal with as many issues that disaster zone was hit with.

We ultimately want people to help themselves out of the disaster that has affected them so we prefer to use the money to build program's that will help them to rebuild property, land to grow crops, medical and practical needs like clean water and danger management in case another disaster might happen which in many cases will entail the purchasing of raw materials like wood, cement, trucks, bricks and much more.
